Durham Education People Directories
Durham Public Schools publishes Durham staff information by school and unit. Entries can show a full name, department, title, school email, work telephone or extension, and an optional class link. Durham Tech offers a public Durham employee directory with first name, last name, and department filters; inspected Durham results displayed full name, title, email, phone, and office.
NCCU contacts appear through faculty, staff, and unit pages, but no working central people-search form was verified. Duke is different. The Duke Directory redirects to institutional sign-in, so it should not be described as an open resident directory or a guaranteed public faculty search. Alumni directories may also require member authentication.

This Durham owner directory should not be read as a resident list. A mailing address may be outside Durham, and the Durham owner may not occupy the parcel. A recent Durham deed may also reach the Register of Deeds before the tax roll updates. For older Durham ownership, Durham’s tax system preserves map books built in 1952 and updated to 1988, plus owner ledgers from 1988 through January 1, 2004.

School yearbooks, cemetery records, funeral materials, and archival guides for Black Wall Street, civil rights, religious institutions, and local organizations can establish an affiliation at a date. City cemetery records also create a parallel people trail: Maplewood dates to 1872 and Beechwood to 1924. Private congregation, club, alumni, or neighborhood rosters are not presumed public. Donated archival collections follow catalog and donor terms. Confirm a directory name with an obituary, certificate, deed, estate, or other source before treating a relationship as settled.
